Jan Starr is the Founder and President of Chicago/Springfield Consultants LLC and has over twenty years of experience in working with businesses and non-profit organizations before legislative and administrative bodies at the state, local and federal levels of government. Jan provides direct lobbying, marketing and public relations services, as well as conducting workshops for health care associations, home health care workers association, hospital and professional organizations to assist with their strategic visions and planning.

Prior to starting Chicago/Springfield Consultants Jan was the Director of Government Relations in a major law firm, Director of Governmental Affairs for the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and Director of Governmental Affairs for the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Illinois.
