Paula Riggins acts as one of two Vice-Presidents of Chicago/Springfield Consultants and has over ten years of experience working with community groups, non-profit organizations and city agencies. She has a comprehensive understanding of the legislative process and has a proven track record in developing and implementing practical strategies for a number of groups. Paula provides lobbying assistance to clients and has expertise in the hospitality, non-profit and association management industries.

Before joining Chicago/Springfield Consultants, Ms. Riggins was the Operations Manager for a large association where she oversaw day-to-day operations for their leading revenue-producing initiative. Prior to that, Paula was a Project Manager for the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, which operates McCormick Place Convention Center. She managed many procurement projects for the facility and developed new programs and services to build revenue development and customer service standards. She was the McCormick Place liaison for the City of Chicago’s hospitality initiatives and business travel welcoming programs.
